Included in the service are brackets, up to 3m aircon gas piping, and the electrical communication cable required for proper connection. Our team will handle drilling holes for piping, applying crack filler and sanding the area neatly (but not painting it), and demonstrating how to use your air conditioner effectively.
While the service includes delivery, installation, and expert service, it excludes certain items like scaffolding for heights over 3m, a COC (certificate of compliance) for electrical installations, and plastering or painting. Customers are also responsible for extra items such as condensate pumps or extension cables if needed.
The customer must have a dedicated electrical supply point installed within 1 meter of the outdoor unit. For units over 18000 BTU, an isolator is required, and a COC from a registered electrician must be provided. Should additional work be required, the installer will provide a quote for direct payment.
