What’s Included in This Service:

• Installation of a gas hob or a gas stove

• Up to 5 meters of outdoor PEX piping, ideal for running pipes underground or through ceilings and walls

• Up to 5 meters of electrical cable (if applicable)

• Installation and connection of the safety/cut-off valve (provided by the customer)

• COC (Certificate of Compliance) issued by an LPGAS member

• Installation of a gas bottle (up to 9kg) inside the house

• Connection of the electrical to the existing circuit (if applicable)

• Workmanship warranty valid for 12 months from the completion of the installation

What’s Excluded:

• Installation of other gas appliances not mentioned in the service details

• Provision of gas bottle, regulator valve, safety/shut-off valve, or external safety cage (if required)

• Cutting or resurfacing of marble, granite, or masonite tabletops

• Additional materials (e.g., elbows, fittings, signage, etc.), which will be quoted separately

• If any obstacles are preventing the installation from being completed, a call-out fee will apply

Important Notes:

• The area where the appliance will be positioned must be ready and free of valuable items to avoid damage.

• The existing cupboard must be the correct size to fit the new appliance

• The customer is responsible for supplying a full and working LPG gas bottle

• Alterations to the installation area are not included in this service

• Any additional work beyond the listed inclusions will be quoted by the installer and paid directly by the customer
